| Review: | History of refused claims I've had two claims, both refused or requesting more information. In both cases the dentist called to verify procedure would be covered, and both claims were subsequently refused. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | as bad as they come! You might believe that being part of the Blue Cross Blue Shield network you would be dealing with a professional business. Apparently, if your quarterly premium bill gets lost in the mail and you miss the payment, that is completely your fault! You're insurance will be terminated immediately. No past due notice, no chance to pay with a late fee. Nothing. Glad I never had to make a serious claim with these corporate criminals. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | ANTHEM IS A NIGHTMARE THEY ROUTINELY 'MIGRATE' THEIR PLANS TO OTHER ANTHEM OFFICES. THIS TAKES MONTHS AND IN THE MEANTIME, NOBODY CAN HELP FIND OR PROCESS CLAIMS. PRE-CERTS ARE ROUTINELY DENIED INCORRECTLY OR MORE INFO IS REQUESTED WHICH THEY'VE ALREADY RECEIVED. CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE ROUTINELY TRANSFERRED SEVERAL TIMES OR YOU ARE TOLD TO CALL ANOTHER ANTHEM BLUE CROSS OFFICE. CUST. SERVICE REPS DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. BASICALLY, THE WHOLE COMPANY IS A HUGE MORASS OF CONFUSION. Comments [ 0 ] |
