| Review: | as bad as they come! You might believe that being part of the Blue Cross Blue Shield network you would be dealing with a professional business. Apparently, if your quarterly premium bill gets lost in the mail and you miss the payment, that is completely your fault! You're insurance will be terminated immediately. No past due notice, no chance to pay with a late fee. Nothing. Glad I never had to make a serious claim with these corporate criminals. |
