Review: RUN!
In my experience, they don't cover anything you actually need. The customer service representative cheerfully explained it all. All of the dentists available are part of what seem like huge nation-wide megachains. They seem more like patient mills than a place you can go to receive affordable, quality care. I have to spend at least $1000 to take care of a single tooth. That's INCLUDING the insurance. I have to wonder why I even bother to have "insurance" in the first place. As soon as I can, I'll switch to another provider.

Review: DO NOT get Assurant dental
Horrible experience. I have Assurant dental & it’s not worth anything. I had to have a root canal done & it destroyed the crown that was less than a yr old (another insurance company paid for the crown & root canal). I was in pain and the area was consistently inflamed, went to get another crown and Assurant denied the claim. Clearly Assurant will collect your money , let you be in pain, and laugh all the way to the bank at my stupidity. Another company that has no concerns for the client only their profit.

Review: Good plan if you don't need services
Our family has been on this plan for 2 years. Now both my teenage sons need braces. Nine orthodontists were listed on their provider roster in my area. Three of these were duplicates, two I called didn't accept this plan, two were no longer in practice, and the last two are in the group I transfered our care from. Customer service was of NO service!

Review: Don't be a late enrollee
Enrolled my dependent son "late" due to school credits and will be paying for premiums for some services which not be covered for 1 year to 18 months. What a waste of $$ Tried to talk to someone there...what an attitude & a waste of time.
