Large network of participating dentists, but the discount is pathetically low. Each dentist charges their own rates, and you can't find out the rates prior to signing up.

PEOPLE PROCESSING CLAIMS ARE INEPT ABOUT WHAT THEY'RE DOING. TAKES FOREVER TO GET A PRE-CERT. PROCESSED CORRECTLY. EXTREMELY LOW ANNUAL MAXIMUM.
