Review: Stay Away!!
This is the most worthless insurance I have ever had. They continually deny our claims, blaming erroneous procedure codes submitted. So I go back to the dentist and have them resubmit. Multiple times. Guess what? I get the same results. The dentist office told me they had so many problems with them they will be out of network soon. Oh, and try calling their customer service if you want to see what apathy and arrogance are all about, they are not helpful at all and have the attitude that they could care less and that our dentist does not know how to file a claim properly. Maybe they would mess up but not 5 different times! Unfortunately my family is stuck with they as they are the provider of our employer. I guess I will just keep calling.....

Review: Delta
The $2,000 yearly maximum they will pay out is quickly reached, and then I find myself putting off necessary dental work until July 1. Not good.

Review: not economical
With an estimated 1500 dollars in annual premiums for a family of two and 50 dollar deductibles along with anywhere from 50 to 80% coverage (excluding diagnostic and cleaning)it is simply not worth it.... and there is a 1200 dollar annual maximum coverage per individual!! Good plan? I think not
