This is the most worthless insurance I have ever had. They continually deny our claims, blaming erroneous procedure codes submitted. So I go back to the dentist and have them resubmit. Multiple times. Guess what? I get the same results. The dentist office told me they had so many problems with them they will be out of network soon. Oh, and try calling their customer service if you want to see what apathy and arrogance are all about, they are not helpful at all and have the attitude that they could care less and that our dentist does not know how to file a claim properly. Maybe they would mess up but not 5 different times! Unfortunately my family is stuck with they as they are the provider of our employer. I guess I will just keep calling.....

I hadn't even had a chance to SIGN UP before the problems started. I was calling the customer service line to determine what was covered, and apparently there is one woman in the call center and she is rude as can be. Upon asking to speak to her supervisor, I was told no, she was on another call, when I said I would hold, she said that was not possible. Rude, lazy, and thank GOD I called them before I signed up...I could only imagine the problems...individual dental insurance, here I come!

This company blows!

They gave me a list of a total of three offices to choose from... three in the capital of Florida (4th largest state?!?!) One dental office was closed...another were known butchers in their field (Coast Dental)... and the third one Delta wouldn't let me go to b/c I wasn't on a family plan! I even had an emergency appointment, AND had the dental staff call Delta to try to let them accept me. Needless to say, I got a refund.

They also had me mistakenly assigned to the WRONG CITY, even though I signed up online and had a printed reciept showing me registered in my city, to the correct facility. The customer service rep was a joke, and I'll never let anyone I know sign up with them.
