| Review: | Useless and insant operator I just called to find out what my coverage is, and the operator was extremely rude. If you ever have the chance to choose, do not have delta dental because you will be extremely mad with their"customer service!" The operator said she could find any information and i told her it's impossible because Kaiser told me im under delta, and she said I should contact them. When I asked her"Contact whom?" She just said" Ok? Thank you for calling delta Dental Insurance" and hanged up on me!! I urge the supervisor to fire this operator because she is making you lose your customers while you're paying her salary! If she does not want her job, she can just quit! |
