| Review: | Metlife refuses to pay claims other than cleanings I've been fighting with this outfit for month's to get them to cover 2 crowns for my wife's teeth. They've asked for more information, but keep denying they were "medically necessary". AVOID this company unless you like being caught in the middle and having to ultimately pay it out of your pocket!! |

I'm going through the same thing in Maryland! Dentist removed two of my daughter's teeth, and Metlife wanted to see the xrays. They were faxed several times, but Metlife won't acknowledge their receipt and they never paid! Now the dentist wants to send ME to a collection agency. Metlife is worthless! |
