Review: paid for one daughter not other
Metlife paid for one of my daughter's visits but not the other. Issue with who is legally responsible for daughter's insurance- both parents work for same company--both insured by metlife--parents are divorced. Attempts made to call fruitless since no option to speak to a real person provided--very frustrating.
