| Review: | Prepare to spend hours on forms Even with the minimal coverage provided by MetLife Dental, you would be amazed at the paperwork involved and hours spent to have the insurance pay for claims that are literally under $100. On most occasions I had to submit the paperwork several times - and I'm just talking copies of receipts and EOBs from BC/BS - for them to pay their fair share. My dentist will not file supplemental insurance paperwork, and now I know why - they don't have the time. Trust me, if you just have routine work, and don't really expect major issues, this is not worth the time and money. |
