| Review: | Lied about covering implants Called for pre-approval and got it. Received the Explanation of Benefits today which explains it is fully denied. Why? Oh because no benefits can be allowed for individual implants or implant related procedures when the arch can be restored with a standard prosthesis. Liars! Do not believe them - crooks! |
