| Review: | Poor claim processing I had crown replaced few months ago. United Concordia told me my insurance would cover 50%. I submitted claim and they rejected it - they say "by mistake" I resubmitted and now it is waiting a dental advisor ("real dentist who comes in on his day off") - they say maybe it will get reviewed in 6 weeks or so. |
